Specialist capital advisory firm Arc & Co. has successfully closed a 70% LTV debt package in collaboration with Ingenious Capital Management. Additionally, Arc & Co. secured a JV equity investor to support the development of a purpose-built student accommodation project in Tower Hamlets, London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 111-bed, \u00a336m GDV scheme is being developed by Southern Grove in partnership with Falco Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Andrey Redman, Director at Arc & Co., structured the debt deal alongside Ingenious and Falco over an eight-week period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
