(JFML)<\/strong> from Mizuho Trust &amp; Banking (Luxembourg) S.A. JFML has been fully merged into <strong data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"582\">Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) S.A. (CGFML)<\/strong>, with all assets and liabilities transferred and JFML ceasing to exist. CGFML now officially assumes the role of management company and AIFM.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"1175\">JFML, which managed approximately <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"776\">$5 billion<\/strong>, supported overseas investments for Mizuho\u2019s Japanese institutional clients. The acquisition strengthens Carne\u2019s presence in Asia and consolidates its position as Europe\u2019s leading independent third-party management company. Following regulatory approvals and operational alignment, the transition was completed efficiently, marking the final stage of the acquisition process initiated on 30 June.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The merger underscores Carne\u2019s leadership in the industry-wide move towards specialist third-party ManCos, or \u201cSuper ManCos\u201d, which combine scale, technology, and governance expertise to help global managers navigate rising operational complexity and accelerate speed to market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The integration of JFML further demonstrates Carne\u2019s commitment to supporting clients in one of the world\u2019s most significant fund management markets.
